It's difficult to discover one that meets our expectations in this world of possibilities. As a result, we devised the concept of GIGRR

ORIGIN OF GIGRR

ORIGIN OF THE IDEA OF ‘GIGRR’

Our roots can be traced to the days of recruiting agencies, when a Placement Agency physically paired candidates and companies. Since 2013, we've provided exceptional talent to local businesses in a variety of industries that demand blue collar or entry level white collar (Grey Collar) workers.

Our genesis was found in a frequent problem faced by our customers:

Candidates, despite being excellent performers, were always unreliable in terms of attendance and performance.

Long-term candidate stability also resulted in significant levels of attrition, with attrition rates occasionally exceeding 50%.

We saw that many individuals contacted looking for temporary or part-time jobs to supplement their income or take advantage of a career sabbatical.

We established a notion called Hireation because manually connecting these two was not commercially viable.Tarch Talent Solutions was transformed from a traditional recruitment agency to a recruiter aggregator as a result of this. Despite the futuristic nature of the concept, the market was not prepared for such a jump into the future.

We had seen the potential of technological tools to disrupt industries by 2018, so we bundled together a series of workflows, applications, and tools using various technological tools available in the public domain to solve that one critical problem: employee absenteeism and ghosting employers.

Covid 19 accelerated the process by revealing the other side of the equation: candidates didn't want to be stuck with unforgiving employers and would leave at the drop of a hat if they detected even a whiff of negativity, excessive control, or mismanagement.

We used our entire experience to crystallize insights that helped us gain a complete grasp of how we can alter this industry by addressing it on a global scale and bringing everyone and everything under the GIGRR umbrella.
