CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Dear Valuable Customers:
We understand your Gigrr hiring plans may change. With that in mind, We have a very simple cancellation policy : just inform us at least 1 hour notice prior to your pickup time and we will cancel your Gigrr booking without any charges. If cancelled within 1 hour of the Gigrr start time or after the same there will be a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the Gig Amount.

Gigrr services are non refundable at any cost once it's started and the Gigrr candidate has reached your venue for the work assigned. There are no refunds for service rendered. Cancellation fees are charged to compensate Gigrrs for time invested in traveling to a a Gig Owner’s work location. If you feel you were charged this fee mistakenly, please contact customer support and we'll respond to you as soon as possible.
